Valparaiso Community Schools

Stratelign serves as Owner’s Representative for a multi-phase, district-wide energy program encompassing solar, lighting, controls, retro-commissioning, energy monitoring, HVAC improvements, and combined heat and power. Phase I is projected to save more than $15 million over the life of the investment, while Phase II guarantees $34.2 million in energy savings. Phase I has already delivered $2.09 million in energy value and incentives and reached 113% of its cumulative two-year energy savings guarantee.

VCS demonstrates the value of beginning with the owner’s objectives, establishing competition, protecting implementation, and independently verifying the results.
