M.S.D. of Wayne Township

Stratelign has supported MSD Wayne through a multi-phase, district-wide energy and infrastructure program spanning solar, battery storage, mechanical systems, lighting, controls, retro-commissioning, and other capital improvements. Through feasibility, competitive procurement, owner-side project oversight, and performance verification, the projects are now saving the district more than $2.2 million annually in energy costs. Stratelign also helped MSD Wayne secure nearly $4 million in federal IRA Direct Pay, returning additional value to the district.
