Lebanon Community School Corporation
Stratelign guided Lebanon Community School Corporation through more than a year of feasibility analysis, competitive procurement, and financial vetting to create a fully costed energy strategy. The program combines energy monitoring and retro-commissioning, solar, boiler replacements, and combined heat and power. It is projected to deliver $17.3 million to the Operations Fund over 20 years, including $16.7 million in energy savings and a $618,630 federal solar incentive, while avoiding another $1.92 million in future capital costs.
LCSC entered the project with a clear scope, competitive pricing, guaranteed performance, and the long-term costs already accounted for.
